It is Natures Magick policy to
give the best customer service we can.
That is why all our customers know what is happening with their order
at any time! You will be sent a Order Notification email as soon as we
receive your order. When your payment reaches our bank account, we will
inform you of this. Once your order has been despatched, we'll send you
an email letting you know and providing you with your track and trace
courier number for easy tracing of your parcel. We'll then make sure you
have received your order and are happy with your purchase/s!
If you need for your order to be delivered by a certain time, please inform
us of this when you order. Just place a note in the comments field on
the checkout pages.
Orders will not be despatched until
full payment has been received.
Please allow at least 3 days for delivery. We endeavour to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your payment but delivery time frames are dependant
upon volume of orders at the time of processing.

Electronic Transfer
Transfer your payment to our account via the internet. Please
use the above account details.
Please note... Electronic transfers may
be debited from your account instantly - but they are not transferred
to our account until at least the following day. Payments can take up
to 2 working days to show in our account depending on which bank they are being
credited from.
Credit Card :
The following cards are accepted : Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discoverer.
We utilise Pay Pal's payment system as this is one of the world's
safest and secured websites for Credit Card transactions.
You can select this option in your checkout payment method. Once we have
received your order, we then send you a payment authorisation email with
an invoice of the items you have requested. Simply click on Paypal's link
in the email and it will tell you what to do next!

Orders placed will be held for a period of
7days.
If we have not received your payment within this time frame your order

Gift Certificates
Are available in $10, $20 and $50
amounts. To purchase a Gift Certificate, please visit our Other
Services page.
As we are an Eco conscious
buisness, all Gift Certificates are sent electronically via email.
No change will be given on Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable
for cash.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Please inform us if you are wanting to pay for your order by
Gift Certificate by choosing the payment option from the drop down menu
in the check out that states 'Gift Certificate'. If you wish to pay some
of your order by cash as well as Gift Certificate, then choose the appropriate
method from the drop down box.
You will need to enter your Gift Certificate number in the corresponding
comments box.
Gift Wrapping
Service
A Gift Wrapping service is available
for a small fee of $2.00. To request your order to be Gift Wrapped just
visit our Other Services
page. Once this option has been chosen it will be added to your shopping
cart.
Layby
We do Laybys to make getting
those larger items just a little bit easier!
Our layby duration is 90 days and full payment is requested by this time.
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of ordering.
Layby's may be cancelled at any time and Natures Magick will refund any
monies owing minus 10% to cover our administration costs.
Payments are to be made fortnightly unless
prior arrangements have been made.
Arrangements can be made for big sale items.
Invoices will be sent each time a payment is made so you can see at any
time where you are with your layby payments !

Back Orders
You will be notified of any out of stock items upon placing
your order. Any out of stock items will automatically be placed on back
order and sent to you as soon as they become available at no freight cost
!
Pre-Ordering
All pre-orders must be paid for at
the time of ordering. Cancellation of order once shipping has commenced
will carry a full 100% cancellation fee.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, Natures Magick reserves the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Natures Magick reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received.
Permission to Return and to
Receive Credit
Natures Magick will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE
CONDITION and notification is received within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Natures Magick will upon your request replace any merchandise that is
received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item.
Notification needs to be received within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Refund postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Freight
National -
Courier : We use Fastway Couriers for our freight transactions
- please note they are unable to deliver
to Post Office Boxes so physical addresses are necessary when placing
your order.
Smaller orders will be sent via NZ Post.
Freight Costs
New Zealand ~ Nationally : $5.70
North Island delivery time frame is 1 - 2 days
South Island delivery time frame is 2 - 3 days
Public Holidays could effect delivery times by a further 1 - 2 days.
Any products placed on back order will be sent free of charge.
National Rural : $10.00
Rural Delivery - please add an extra 1 - 2 days on above delivery time
frames.
International : You will be notified of International
Airmail costs once your order has been received.
International
International Orders need to be paid for in New Zealand currency
and can be paid for using Paypal. It is recommended that International buyers purchase
some form of insurance. Natures Magick takes no responsibility for International
Orders not reaching their destination safely.

Natures Magick does not share customer information including
email or postal mail address with anyone.
It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
