This year we have decided to limit our stall holders in our Marketplace concentrating on having no 2 stalls alike! So be in quick to secure your site !

This is an outdoor event so you will need to supply your own gazebo. Stall holders are asked to be set up and open, ready for trading by 9am for the gates opening to the Day Visitors. Closing is at 5pm for the Marketplace. It is expected your Stall will remain open between these times.

Vehicles will be permitted within the Marketplace from 7am till 08.45am but are asked to leave promptly before the gates open for the day. No vehicles are permitted in the Marketplace during trading hours.

Day Stallholders Fees
(includes 3m x 3m Stall site for 2 days with 1x trestle)

Day Stall - Non Powered site $ 120.00
Day Stall - Powered site $ 130.00
Above ticket price is for 2 people. Extra persons to be charged as normal Day Entry.
Please note: Price is for 2 days and remains the same whether you are attending both days or for only 1 day.

Day Stallholders Fees
(includes 3m x 6m Stall site for 2 days with 1x trestle)

Day Stall - Non Powered site $ 140.00
Day Stall - Powered site $ 150.00
Above ticket price is for 2 people. Extra persons to be charged as normal Day Entry.
Please note: Price is for 2 days and remains the same whether you are attending both days or for only 1 day.

Weekend Stallholders Fees
(includes 3m x 3m Stall site with 1x trestle and camping site)

Stall and Camping - Non Powered site $ 280.00
Stall and Camping - Powered site $ 290.00
Above ticket price is for 2 people. Extra persons to be charged normal Weekend Camping Entry.
Powered site is for Stall only. If you require power at your camping site, please let us know when booking.

(includes 3m x 6m Stall site with 1x trestle and camping site)

Stall and Camping - Powered site $ 310.00
Above ticket price is for 2 people. Extra persons to be charged normal Weekend Camping Entry.
Powered site is for Stall only. If you require power at your camping site, please let us know when booking. This is on a first come, first served basis as powered camping sites are limited.

Feast (additional) $ 35.00
Extra Trestles (each) $ 12.00
