A : The festival is going ahead - regardless of the weather. There will be no refunds for those who have paid and choose not to attend.

Q: Can I camp for 1 night only and pay for 1 night only?
A : No. The tickets are for 3 nights camping. You may come and camp for 1 night only if you wish but the ticket price remains the same as our costs will remain the same.

Q: Can I come as a Day Visitor and stay for the Feast?
A : No. The Feast is for Weekend campers only. Day Visitors are required to leave the Festival site at the daily closing time.

Q: Can I come as a Day Visitor and stay for the Dance Party in the evening ?
A : No sorry! The evening entertainment is for the Weekend Campers only. Day Visitors are required to leave the Festival site at the daily closing time. Those without a ticket will be escorted from the site by our Security team.

Q: Can I come as a Day Visitor and stay for the Rituals?
A : Again, No. The Rituals are for the Weekend campers only. Day Visitors are required to leave the Festival site at the daily closing time.

Q: I can't make it to the site on the Friday night - do I still have to pay for camping that night?
A : Yes I'm afraid you do. Our costs are for 3 nights inclusive camping and we need to cover those costs.

Q: I am turning up Friday but won't be able to get there by the time the gates close. Can I still turn up?
A : Yes of course you can. Just let us know when you book what your estimated time of arrival is and we will ensure there is someone there to greet you and give you admittance.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A : Yes you can but only with prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES ! If you are wanting to bring your dog please email nzpaganfestival@naturesmagick.co.nz.
Failure to secure prior permission will result in your furry friend being denied admittance. Sorry but these are the site rules.
NOTE:
DO NOT leave your dog in a vehicle EVEN with the windows open. It can take as little as half an hour for a dog to dehydrate to the point of death. Any animals locked in vehicles will be removed by ANY means necessary and the SPCA will be called. Damage to any vehicles will be at the owners expense. Please be aware that the owner will also have to deal with me !

Q: I don't like where you have allocated my camping site and I want to move.
If there is a valid reason why you can not camp in the spot you have been allocated then please advise one of our Organisers or Volunteers before assuming it is OK to move. There may be a reason why you can not move to the spot you wish to such as it being designated for another purpose. Those that move without first checking with the Organisers will be required to move back to their allocated camping spot.

Q: Can I leave the Festival site once it starts?
A : Absolutely. Just ensure you have your ticket to get back in!!

Q: Are clothes optional?
A : No they are COMPULSORY! This is a family Event open to the public and on public land therefore laws regarding nudity do apply so please, keep your clothes on!

Q: Can I bring alcohol on site?
A : If you are a responsible drinker, then yes. If you are under the legal drinking age then NO! Naturally, the laws of our country apply during this Festival. Any underage drinkers will be asked to leave the Festival site.
Please try not to bring any glass! It makes a hell of a mess if broken and it's a devil to try to clean up!

Q: I am attending as a Stall Holder can I have my car next to my Gazebo in the marketplace?
A : No sorry but you can't. There just isn't the space to do so. You will have easy access between certain times for the setting up and dismantling of your stall but at all other times the marketplace must be free of all vehicles.

Q: I need an extra person on my stall than the ticket allows.
A : No problem. Stall holders are allowed 2 people per stall. Additional people are as per normal Day Entry or as per normal Weekend Camping charge.

Q: Are you having any activities for the children ?
A : Yes, most definately ! There will be a creche running on the Saturday and Sunday facilitated by a qualified Early Childhood Educator which will be offering various activities for the children to keep them amused. There is a charge of $10 per child to cover our costs. Please note that limited numbers will apply! Should you wish to utilise this service being provided please do one of the following things :
Weekend Campers - Mark this on your registration form and include the $10 fee.

As number limits apply, please note that the Creche is subject to availability.

A : No refunds will be given for those who purchase tickets but do not attend. We suggest you try to sell them via Trade Me if you find yourself in this position.
