Riell was born in Hungary/Transylvania
(no relation to the Count, or at least not very close) under
the Communist regime. She was brought up in an incredibly
reserved and aloof family, so secrecy runs deeply in her blood.
Concealing her identity and their very nature was a matter
of life/death or at least a lengthy prison sentence, as the
Socialist/Communist regime did not tolerate any religious
or spiritual way of life. To blend in, not to draw attention
to herself was a must and Riell still struggling a little
with, eventually, coming out into the open. Riell never worked
in a coven for these reasons and her practises are highly
individualistic and perhaps, unique to her and her family.
GreyEyes left Hungary and came to England in the 1990s and
studied Philosophy and Theology, specialising in the Judeo-Christian
traditions. Paganism, however, runs deep and close to her
bones, and it was only matter of time before she let the lid
of the cauldron slip. Once it started, it was hard to stop.
GreyEyes taught for a couple of years in the College of Psychic
Studies, and gave talks, lectures and workshops on Wicca,
Witchcraft and Paganism. She is still a solitary practitioner
but a lot more people friendly now.
